Ingredients:
1 cup coconut sugar 1 cup cocoa powder 4 eggs 5 T coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup sliced almonds for topping Directions: In a large bowl, put in coconut sugar, sifted cocoa powder, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix ingredients together until blended. Grease 7"x 11" pan with coconut oil. Spread the batter evenly in pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and slivered almonds. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and cut into squares. Cover to store. I made this recipe for the Linn County Fair. It made it to Iowa State Fair and got a blue ribbon there.
